Key Responsibilities Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of production and operating workers. Train new employees on company procedures, safety regulations, and equipment operation. Troubleshoot minor equipment malfunctions and perform basic preventive maintenance. Maintain accurate production records, including output, downtime, and material usage. Enforce safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safe working environment. Recommended Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety protocols. Demonstrated ability to train, mentor, and motivate a team. Proficiency in using manufacturing equipment and production software. Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
