What You'll Do (AKA Where You Shine)

This is not a quiet desk job. You'll be the voice of the company and the hub of daily operations.

• Answer a high volume of inbound calls and turn conversations into booked appointments
• Make outbound calls to fill the schedule, follow up, and drive revenue
• Build rapport quickly with customers and deliver a top-tier experience on every call
• Dispatch technicians in real time and keep the day running on track
• Prioritize urgent calls and make smart, fast decisions under pressure
• Keep customers informed, handle reschedules, and solve problems on the fly
• Communicate constantly with technicians and leadership throughout the day
• Maintain accurate notes, job details, and customer records

Schedule

Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Some overtime as needed)

What We're Looking For

• Outgoing, confident personality - you enjoy talking to people all day
• Comfortable handling high call volume without losing energy or focus
• Strong communicator who can build trust quickly over the phone
• Organized and able to multitask in a fast-moving environment
• 2+ years of office, CSR, or dispatch experience preferred
• HVAC or home services experience is a plus (not required)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ServiceTitan experience is a big plus
• High attention to detail and strong follow-through
