Senior Internal Auditor

Our firm is partnering with a respected healthcare organization seeking a Senior Internal Auditor to join its team. This individual will play a key role in evaluating risk, strengthening internal controls, supporting compliance initiatives, and driving process improvements across the organization. Responsibilities Plan and execute operational, financial, and compliance audits. Assess internal controls, identify risks, and recommend process improvements. Analyze audit findings and prepare reports for leadership. Conduct risk assessments and monitoring activities. Assist with compliance programs, policies, training, and corrective action plans. Partner with cross-functional teams to promote compliance and operational excellence. Support investigations, special projects, and other audit-related initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. 5+ years of experience in internal audit, compliance, risk management, or a related field. Strong knowledge of audit methodologies, internal controls, and regulatory compliance. Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills. Healthcare industry experience preferred.
