Senior Accountant

We are looking for a Senior Accountant to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below. This role is ideal for an experienced accounting professional with a background in manufacturing environments, bringing strong expertise in inventory, cost accounting, and financial reporting. Responsibilities Lead and support month-end and year-end close processes Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements Manage inventory accounting, including reconciliations and adjustments Partner with operations to ensure accurate cost tracking and inventory valuation Analyze financial results, including variances related to production and COGS Support audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and efficiencies Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, and finance teams Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance 4+ years of accounting experience (manufacturing experience required) Strong knowledge of inventory accounting and cost-related processes Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills Understanding of GAAP and financial reporting requirements Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities What Our Client Offers Hybrid flexibility with a supportive work environment Opportunity to work closely with operations in a hands-on role Stable manufacturing organization with strong market presence Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package Career growth opportunities within a collaborative team #J-18808-Ljbffr Ringside Talent Acquisition Partners
