Training Pay: $17 - $18 (Based on Experience)

Regular Pay: Earning Potential $55k-$75k Based on performance

Schedule: Mon - Sat

(NOTE: This schedule only pertains to our Commercial Lawn Crew and not the Residential Lawn crews)

As a member of ABC's Lawn Maintenance team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining beautiful landscapes for our customers. Your work will enhance the appearance of lawns and gardens, ensuring our clients enjoy lush, well-manicured outdoor spaces. Seeking a detail oriented individual who is disciplined, diligent and sincere. This individual is cooperative - willing to learn and apply specialized technical knowledge to help maintain the customers' lawn and outdoor space with professionalism and excellent customer service.

Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• Must hold a valid driver's license with an issue date of at least five years prior to the date of this application ( only if you are assigned as a driver )
• Two Years Lawn Maintenance or similar (working outdoors/labor intensive) experience required.
• Ability to work inside and/or outside for long periods, sometimes in extreme temperatures.
• Saturday workdays are a must (No Sundays)
• Precise, consistent work output is essential requiring patience and a willingness to handle and complete one task at a time; delivering quality work on a consistent basis.
• Accountability and a strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize workload, work under pressure, and maintain good composure.
• Experience working with routes, service stops, and meeting deadlines of your service route.
• Dependable and self-motivated with a desire to work year-round.
• English speaking is preferred but not required.

What You'll Do:

• Ensure mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, cleaning beds, and all other lawn maintenance work is done in a professional manner.
• Prepare equipment and supplies needed for the workday, i.e., trash bags, brooms, rakes, lawn tools, ice, etc., and load them in the truck and trailer.
• Learn and use all equipment efficiently and safely as directed by the Crew Leader.
• Become familiar with customers' expectations and service contracts.
• Maintain a professional attitude at all times with customers, fellow employees, and supervisors.
