Senior Tax Accountant

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for individuals and businesses
- Communicate effectively with clients to gather information and provide updates
- Assist in training and mentoring junior staff and interns
- Manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations
- 4-5 years of tax experience in public accounting or a related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Experience with tax software (preferred but not required)
