Registered Nurse

Schedule: Day &Night Shift, 6:45 pm - 7:15 am, (36-hours per week) Lincoln Healthcare is hiring compassionate RNs for long-term, contract-to-hire opportunities with a well-established inpatient-hospice provider in the Greater Jasper and Beaumont Area. This role offers flexibility and meaningful work supporting patients and families during end-of-life care. Hiring multiple RNs for day, and night shift! Key Responsibilities Complete hospice admissions, assessments, and reassessments Manage symptoms and implement individualized plans of care Educate and support patients, families, and caregivers Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams Complete documentation, discharges, and pronouncements as needed Qualifications 1+ year RN experience preferred Hospice or home health experience preferred but not required Strong communication skills and compassionate bedside manner Reliable transportation; ability to pass background and drug screen Ongoing contract and per diem Facility-based care options Pay Range: $40.00 - $45.00 Salary Range: $83,200 - $93,600 We are hiring nurses in the greater Jasper, Texas area, including Silsbee, Beaumont, Kirbyville, Newton, Woodville, Hemphill, Buna, Kountze, Lufkin, and Orange, Texas.
