A Day in the Life of a Surface Experts Territory Manager:
WE OFFER:

In the Field Daily
- In person meetings with 10-15 contacts a day
- On-site visits, phone calls, and email follow-ups
- Visiting a variety of industries including Property Management, Hotels, New Construction, etc.
- Educating on Surface Experts capabilities and limitations
- Validating level of Customer satisfaction and opportunities to improve
- Earning the trust with our Customers through partnership and serving
- Brainstorming and researching new customer opportunities
- Memorizing sales scripts and role-playing practice
- Documenting sales activities in CRM; tracking a client from lead to customer and all the steps in between
- Reporting data accurately daily/weekly
- Planning and executing sales strategy for territory management
- Goal-oriented, self-starter, and energetic
- Enjoys working with other people
- Licensed to operate a passenger car and have a clean driving record
- Professional, caring and service-minded
- Readiness to work with a metrics-based, process-driven sales team

- Most repairs are smaller than a dinner plate and our competition focuses on complete resurfacing. Our objective is a happy customer and a long-term relationship. We focus on saving our customers time, money and wasted materials that end up in a landfill.
- Our typical repair requires minimal product so our technicians can carry their entire set of tools and equipment in their technician kits. Our approach is clean and free of odors in less than two hours.
