Job Description The Lead Cook is responsible for coordinating and assisting in the planning, storage, preparation and delivery of food to patients, visitors and staff. Education And Credentials Associate degree in Food Production training. Experience Experience in hospital food service including therapeutic diets, or five (5) years in hospital quantity hot food production including.
