Direct Support Caregiver

Pay and Schedule

Pay $17.00 per hour. Full‑time positions available.

Location: North Royalton. Schedule: 40 hours per week. Week 1: Sun/Tues/Wed/Thu/Fri 2p‑10p. Week 2: Mon/Tues/Wed/Fri/Sat 2p‑10p.

Requirements: Valid driver’s license held for at least one year (post‑permit) and a clean motor vehicle record that meets Sevita’s insurability policy.

Responsibilities

• Support participants with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Assist people with personal hygiene and support individuals who may have behavioral challenges and other complex needs.

What You’ll Bring

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination.
• Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi‑tasking, teamwork, time‑management.

• Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
