Direct Support Caregiver

REM Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Join a mission-driven team and create relationships that motivate us all every day. Pay and Schedule Pay $17.00 per hour. Full‑time positions available. Location: North Royalton. Schedule: 40 hours per week. Week 1: Sun/Tues/Wed/Thu/Fri 2p‑10p. Week 2: Mon/Tues/Wed/Fri/Sat 2p‑10p. Requirements: Valid driver’s license held for at least one year (post‑permit) and a clean motor vehicle record that meets Sevita’s insurability policy. Responsibilities Be proud of rewarding work helping people grow, learn, and live well. Develop real, meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve. Experience ownership and trust from your leaders to do what’s right for participants. Take initiative to help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities. Support participants with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. What You’ll Bring High School Diploma or equivalent. Preferred: Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination.
