Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery

Job Summary:

Seeking a qualified Registered Nurse specialized in Labor and Delivery to provide comprehensive patient care throughout the childbirth process. The nurse will support patients from maternity admission through postpartum recovery, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor maternal and fetal health status during labor and delivery.
• Administer medications and intervene with appropriate nursing actions as required.
• Educate and support patients and their families through labor, delivery, and postpartum care.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and procedural details.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, legal, and clinical standards throughout patient care.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of Labor and Delivery nursing experience.
• Current New Hampshire RN license or Compact license.
• Active BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification within the past 3 years.
• Epic EMR experience required.
• Owns a personal vehicle for travel as it is a firm requirement.
