Job Title & Location Physical Therapist – Acute Care Setting (Travel) in Port Huron, Michigan Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Key Responsibilities Physical Therapists will provide PT treatment and patient care according to facility guidelines. Physical Therapists will need to have effective communication skills for working with patients, their families, and other caregivers. Physical Therapists may be asked to delegate and supervise physical therapist assistants and technicians. Qualifications Current Physical Therapy licensure in Michigan Graduation from an accredited school of Physical Therapy BLS Experience: Minimum 1-year as a Physical Therapist Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and facility personnel Contract Details $1,960 - $2,126 per week* 12-week contract with possibility of extension Acute care setting *Estimated weekly payment may include both taxable wages and tax-free reimbursements for meals, housing, and incidentals.
