Compensation:

$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based

Responsibilities:

Meet with motivated home sellers and guide them through the listing process
Price, market, and position homes to sell quickly and for top dollar
Build long-term client relationships for referrals and repeat business
Manage your pipeline using our CRM and follow-up systems
Deliver exceptional customer service from listing to closing
Host open houses with team-generated leads
Participate in weekly training and team meetings

Qualifications:

Active Real Estate License (Maryland)
Full-time availability and strong commitment to growth
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven
Tech-savvy with CRM experience preferred
Organized, coachable, and accountable
Positive, solution-focused mindset
