WHAT YOUR DAY LOOKS LIKE
As a Practice Coordinator, no two days are exactly the same. You'll greet patients, help them feel comfortable, and make sure their visit starts off on the right note. You'll manage scheduling, keep patient records up to date, and work closely with the clinical team to keep everything flowing efficiently.

You'll also handle phones, answer questions, and take care of day-to-day administrative tasks. When challenges come up (and they will), you'll jump in to help find solutions and keep things moving.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for someone who is organized, dependable, and great with people. You should be comfortable juggling multiple tasks, paying attention to details, and communicating clearly with both patients and team members.

• 2–3 years of dental front office experience required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Problem-solver with a positive, team-first attitude
