The Staff Pad
The Staff Pad is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Emergency Medicine Physician for a PRN opportunity in Marion, Illinois. This role offers premium compensation and flexible scheduling within a high-volume, well-supported Emergency Department. Physicians will work in a collaborative, resource-rich environment with integrated EPIC EMR and strong subspecialty support.

- High-volume Emergency Department with approximately 55 patients per day and 11 daily admissions.
- Team includes 7 Emergency Medicine physicians and 3 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).
- Day Shift (7 AM - 7 PM) staffing: 1 physician + 1 APP.
- Night Shift (7 PM - 7 AM) staffing: 1 nocturnist physician + 1 APP.
- Integrated EPIC EMR system across the hospital network. xihmbke
- Dedicated hospitalist team for admissions and strong subspecialty support across multiple service lines.
Compensation
- $285/hour highly competitive rate
- Premium hourly compensation for PRN coverage
Shift & Schedule
- Flexible PRN scheduling with day, evening, and night shifts available
- Day Shift (7 AM - 7 PM)
- Night Shift (7 PM - 7 AM)
