Warehouse Office Associate Details:

Temp-to-Hire position
$ 17.00 / hour
Full Time work available
Weekend work required
First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:45am to 04:30pm)

Serve as the primary point of contact for warehouse operations, supporting customers, vendors, and delivery drivers.
Process customer pick-ups, returns, warehouse orders, and shipping documentation with accuracy and efficiency.
Coordinate inbound freight, generate Bills of Lading (BOLs), and manage daily LTL shipments.
Reconcile inventory discrepancies, research variances, and make corrections to maintain accurate inventory records and support logistics operations.
Perform administrative tasks including answering phones, maintaining office supplies, and scanning and organizing documents.

Warehouse Office Associate Qualifications:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with inventory control, logistics operations, and shipping/receiving processes.
Familiarity with AS400 systems required.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse office environment.

Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
