We are seeking a high-performing B2B Production Print & Wide-Format Sales Representative to drive business growth across the Greater Houston area. In this role, you will leverage your technical knowledge of wide-format production equipment and print workflows to deliver customized hardware, software, and document management solutions to corporate clients, commercial print shops, AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) firms, and sign/graphics providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development & Pipeline Growth: Prospect, qualify, and close new B2B accounts across Greater Houston through cold calling, networking, site visits, and industry referrals.
• Consultative Selling: Conduct on-site print workflow assessments to identify client production needs and recommend tailored wide-format hardware, RIP software, and finishing solutions.
• Demos & Proposals: Prepare and deliver compelling hardware/software presentations, sample prints, ROI analysis, and formal proposals (including lease and purchase options).
• Account Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, shop managers, and C-level executives to secure repeat business, media supply contracts, and equipment upgrades.
• Market Awareness: Stay informed on local market trends, emerging wide-format technologies, substrate innovations, and competitor offerings.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of direct sales or technical account management experience focused on wide-format production print systems (e.g., Canon, HP, Ricoh, Konica Minolta, Roland, EFI, or similar platforms).
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of wide-format print technologies (roll-to-roll, flatbed, UV, latex, aqueous), RIP software platforms (Onyx, Fiery, Caldera), and print production workflows.
• Proven Sales Track Record: Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding B2B sales quotas in reprographics, production printing, or commercial graphics sales.
• Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and closing skills.
• Territory Mobility: Based in or near Houston, TX, with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits across the metro area.
