Lot Attendant - Boston Service Center

Overview The Enterprise brand of Enterprise Mobility is seeking responsible, dedicated people to join our team as Lot Attendants. This position pays $15.50 per hour with an additional $2 per hour shift differential for hours worked between 7:00 pm and 12:00 am. Employees can earn year‑to‑year merit increases based on performance. The role is located at 324 Marginal Street, Chelsea, MA 02150. Schedules Available Monday‑Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm Sunday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm Monday‑Thursday, 3:30 pm – 12:00 am Responsibilities Assist with lot organization and parking of cars. Move and position vehicles from various locations for cleaning, servicing, transport, and/or rental needs. Transport vehicles to gas stations for fuel and tire pressure checks. Drive vehicles from return locations to cleaning/servicing sites, ensuring they are ready for service agents as directed. Drive clean vehicles to ready line areas and park for customer access as directed. Move vehicles to different areas of the lot or facility as needed and directed by management. Organize travel route and ensure vehicle paperwork is accurate and timely. Communicate via 2‑way radio or cellular phone as required. Clean vehicles when asked. Perform other service‑related duties to meet customer needs. Management reserves the right to modify, change or delete assigned duties. Qualifications Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations or at‑fault accidents in the past three years. No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past five years. Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring future sponsorship. Must be at least 18 years old.
