Job Description

Responsibilities: Coordinate bid response efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, legal, finance) to ensure efficient preparation and submission. Develop and manage bid schedules and timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met and submissions are delivered on time. Review bid requirements and prepare customized bid responses, ensuring alignment with client specifications and organizational standards. Work with sales, marketing, and subject matter experts to develop compelling proposals that effectively address client needs. Maintain and organize bid documentation, tracking progress throughout the bid lifecycle to ensure all components are completed. Conduct post-bid analysis to assess the success of submissions, identify areas for improvement, and implement lessons learned. Ensure all aspects of the bid process are compliant with internal processes, client requirements, and industry standards.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is:

55,000 to 68,500 USD
