Why join us Competitive compensation Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match PTO + paid holidays Stable, growing company with long-term opportunity Supportive and team-oriented culture Job Details Key Responsibilities Assist with month-end and year-end close processes Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies Support financial reporting and analysis Maintain accurate financial records and documentation Assist with audits and ensure compliance with internal controls Collaborate with cross-functional teams as needed Qualifications 1-3 years of accounting experience Strong understanding of GAAP principles Experience with general ledger and reconciliations Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
