Sam Pack Five Star Ford Carrollton is a trusted and growing automotive dealership dedicated to providing excellent customer service and support. We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Parts Warehouse Associate to join our team and help keep our operations running smoothly.

Position Summary:
The Parts Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing automotive parts and supplies. This role plays a key part in supporting both the service department and retail parts sales, ensuring parts are available, accurate, and delivered in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming parts shipments.

• Accurately pull and prepare parts orders for service technicians and customers.

• Maintain an organized warehouse and parts storage system.

• Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with inventory control.

• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of parts to the service department.

• Assist with parts inquiries as needed.

• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse, inventory, or automotive parts role preferred.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods.

• Ability to safely operate scissor lifts and warehouse pickers (required).

• Comfort working at heights.

• Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership inventory systems.

• Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
