Deck/Stew 35m Ocean Alexander - New Build, Foreign Flag

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Deck/Stewardess to join a brand-new 35-meter Ocean Alexander (foreign flag). Vessel & Location Its home base will be at Sailfish Point Marina, Stuart (Florida). Please note that the marina does not allow liveaboard crew; therefore, all crew members must secure their own accommodation locally or in nearby areas. Commuting expenses will be covered by the yacht. Program This is a primarily private yacht with POTENTIAL light charter schedule for next year (approximately 2–3 charters per year). The American owners, a family with two young adult children, plan to use the yacht for around 5–6 trips annually, mainly cruising between Florida and the Bahamas. Role & Responsibilities When guests are off the boat, 70% deck and 30% interior; when guests are onboard, 70% interior and 30% deck. Happy to work under the guidance of the HoD's. Knowledge of deck maintenance, line handling, deck operations, interior detailing, service knowledge, laundry procedures, and guest interaction. Candidate Profile Previous experience on similar size vessels. Positive, flexible, and hands‑on attitude. Comfortable with a low‑intensity program and a stable, shore‑based lifestyle. Happy to remain in a fixed location without frequent travel.
