Compensation: $95,000–$100,000, based on experience

The Opportunity

We are looking for a creative professional who combines strong visual design skills with hands-on food photography experience. This role will shape how a growing food and beverage business presents its products across marketing campaigns, digital platforms, and customer-facing materials.

The right person is both a creative thinker and a hands-on producer who can develop original concepts, create compelling visual content, and lead projects and team members from start to finish.

What You'll Own

• Visual Content: Develop original designs, branded graphics, promotional materials, and campaign assets for digital and print use.
• Food Photography: Plan and execute food shoots, including product styling, lighting, composition, image editing, and final delivery.
• Video Production: Film and edit engaging content for social media, advertising, and other marketing initiatives.
• Brand Development: Establish a cohesive visual style across websites, social platforms, email campaigns, advertising, and promotional materials.
• Creative Leadership: Manage and mentor team members, assign priorities, and maintain high standards for creative output.
• Project Execution: Oversee multiple assignments, coordinate with internal teams, manage revisions, and deliver projects on schedule.
• Creative Innovation: Bring fresh ideas and visual concepts to campaigns that increase engagement and strengthen brand recognition.

What You Bring

• Prior food photography and graphic design experience is mandatory. Candidates without this background will not be considered.
• At least 3 years of professional design or creative production experience.
• At least 2 years of experience working within the food and beverage industry.
• At least 2 years of team leadership or management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to photograph food and create polished, market-ready visual content.
• Experience filming and editing video for digital marketing and social media.
• A portfolio featuring food photography, graphic design, branding, and digital creative work.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience producing content for websites, email campaigns, social media, and digital advertising.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to balance creative quality with deadlines and business priorities.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
