The successful candidate will work from a remote setting with occasional visits to our outpatient office in Port Saint Lucie, Florida. Work Environment\n

This remote position allows flexibility while enabling our mental health counselors to effectively manage their clients' needs. The role will primarily require work during standard office hours, with a schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. However, you may also need to accommodate occasional evenings or weekends to meet client demands and schedules. Our outpatient office serves as a hub for collaboration when necessary, ensuring that client care remains comprehensive and integrated.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to identify the mental health and wellness needs of clients during initial consultations.

• Designing and implementing individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that align with clients' goals and therapeutic needs.

• Facilitating individual and group therapy sessions using varied therapeutic modalities to address a range of mental health disorders.

• Regularly collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare providers, to ensure holistic client care.

• Utilizing electronic health record systems to maintain accurate, confidential client documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Participating in case conferences, clinical supervision, and professional development workshops to enhance clinical skills and treatment methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role includes working closely with adolescents and young adults facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and mood disorders. Your compassionate approach will be instrumental in supporting clients through their emotional struggles and helping them develop coping strategies that foster resilience and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential in the state of Florida.

• A Master's degree in clinical mental health counseling or an equivalent field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
