This full-time position offers the flexibility of remote work coupled with the dynamic nature of outpatient services. Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMHC at Silver Star Mental Services, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate clients' backgrounds and develop effective treatment strategies.

• Creating and implementing personalized treatment plans that focus on trauma recovery and enhancing resilience.
\n
• Delivering evidence-based interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), tailored to individual client needs.

• Facilitating individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping clients process trauma, develop coping mechanisms, and foster healing.
\n
• Collaborating closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for clients.
\n
• Providing crisis intervention support during trauma-related emergencies to ensure client safety and stabilization.
\n
• Educating clients and their families on trauma responses, coping strategies, and resources available for support.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

• Participating in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development activities focused on trauma-informed care.
