Job Title HR Generalist Location Hopkinton, MA (Hybrid – on site Tuesday to Thursday, remote other days) Role Summary Support daily HR operations, partner with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition, and help shape employee experience and hiring processes. Responsibilities Assist HR Business Partners with employee relations: corrective action, coaching, leave of absence, performance management, investigations, and compliance. Execute HR processes in HRIS and related systems: job changes, manager changes, reward and recognition payments, employee data updates. Support special projects: organizational training programs, career development initiatives, employee engagement, wellness events, and committee participation. Generate workforce reports and analytics: quarterly reporting, workforce planning data, attrition analysis, new hire metrics, and custom reports. Assist Talent Acquisition: job postings, resume sourcing, initial phone/video interviews, offer letters, job fairs, and onboarding coordination. Maintain accurate documentation in HRIS/ATS and ensure compliance with EEO regulations and company policies. Perform other related duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree. Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or recruiting. Preferred Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills. Self‑starter, proactive, and able to follow through on fast‑moving requests. Sound judgment and ability to handle sensitive situations professionally. Computer skills: HRIS and reporting tools.
