Here’s what we are looking for with this role: Essential Requirements Significant experience in program/project management, with a track record of managing complex, cross-functional initiativesExperience working with or managing technical teams (software engineering, data science, or AI/ML)Strong leadership and communication skills , with the ability to translate technical work into business outcomes for senior stakeholdersExperience with project management tools and Agile/Scrum methodologies for managing technical engineering workStrong cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly working with IT infrastructure, data governance, and security teamsAbility to manage budgets and resources across multiple concurrent projects simultaneouslyComfort operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous, innovation-focused environmentProblem-solving and decision-making skills , with a bias toward removing roadblocks and driving executionDesirable Requirements PMP or Agile certification Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, agentic AI frameworks, or automation technologies, even at a conceptual levelCompensationDell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
