Position Overview In this role, you'll help manage high-volume accounts, fulfill client orders, and problem-solve. While effective email communication is important, you'll spend a significant portion of your day on the phone, building strong relationships with both clients and candidates. Previous experience in a team lead or similar role will help you succeed, as this role involves lots of communication, including difficult conversations and delivering tough news with kindness and empathy.
