General Manager – Carlock Nissan of Tupelo Location: Tupelo, MS | Salary: $180,000 – $225,000 + Performance Incentives Carlock Automotive Group is a family‑owned, fast‑growing automotive powerhouse spanning Volkswagen, Toyota, Porsche, Volvo, Nissan, CDJR, and luxury brands like Bentley, Aston Martin, and Rolls‑Royce across five states – Tennessee, Mississippi, Indiana, Louisiana, and Alabama. Full P&L ownership of Carlock Nissan of Tupelo—sales, service, parts, and F&I.THE TEAM

Work hand‑in‑hand with Carlock’s in‑house marketing agency, AutoMinds, to fuel local demand and brand presence.THE STANDARD
Keep operations sharp, compliant, and aligned with Nissan’s brand excellence. What You Bring 5+ years of dealership GM or GSM experience – Nissan or import brand. A track record of driving profitability and crushing targets. Command of dealership financials, fixed ops, and variable ops. F&I expertise and a compliance‑first mindset.
