Updated: July 30, 2026 Location: Columbus, OH, United States Job ID: 17249-OTHLOC-CtfwYfwW The Focus: Data Analysis & Media Intelligence Role Overview This role owns the translation layer where we take clean, organized physician-level data (PLD) and turn it into actionable, undeniable campaign intelligence. This role acts as the strategic architect for the data narrative, moving beyond the mechanics of ingestion to focus entirely on the \"so what\" behind the numbers. They work closely with the Evolvics Media Strategists in ensuring insights align with client business goals and objectives. They are responsible for transforming raw physician-level metrics into a seamless, integrated data story that informs media strategy and optimizes investments. By dissecting PLD from multiple angles, this leader uncovers hidden trends and subtle user behavior patterns that drive measurable business growth and enhance the overall client experience. Core Responsibilities Strategic Insights & Storytelling Narrative Transformation: Lead the charge in transforming raw PLD into a compelling narrative that delivers clear and timely performance metrics. Advanced Analytics: Utilize robust data foundations to translate campaign results into high-level insights to proactively refine and scale media. Strategic Recommendations: Working alongside the Media Strategist, translate complex PLD discoveries into actionable, strategic recommendations that directly inform and optimize pharmaceutical media investments. Forecasting: Shift the narrative focus from past performance reporting toward future strategy and predictive identification. Measurement Methodologies: Work to incorporate advanced measurement methodologies, such as multi-touch attribution and ROI analysis, specifically for physician-level engagement. Micro-Trend Identification: Oversee internal monitoring tools that allow media teams to identify micro-trends in physician behavior for quicker campaign optimizations. Cross-Functional Bridge: Act as the primary bridge between media strategy and AdQ technical teams to guarantee that data outputs are organized for high-level decision-making. Mentorship: Build, lead, and mentor a team of advanced media analysts to deepen their expertise in pharmaceutical data sets. Skill Advancement: Upskill the team in various media platforms to make them more efficient and effective at extracting insights. Innovation Culture: Promote a culture of innovation that incorporates AI and other technologies to improve the speed and depth of data analysis. The annual base salary for this position ranges from $150K to $180K. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
