Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site Certified Personal Trainer role based at Crunch Fitness in Newnan, GA. The trainer designs and delivers safe, effective, and engaging one‑on‑one and small group training sessions tailored to member goals and fitness levels. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include assessing member fitness, creating individualized training programs, demonstrating proper exercise techniques, and monitoring progress. The role also involves educating members on healthy habits, supporting club‑wide fitness initiatives, and maintaining a clean and organized training environment. Trainers collaborate with the club team to promote services, foster member retention, and contribute to a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere. Qualifications Demonstrated skills in Personal Training and Fitness Instruction, with the ability to create and lead effective workout programs. Experience with Circuit Training and Sports Coaching to support diverse training styles and performance goals. Knowledge of Nutrition to provide basic guidance that complements individual fitness plans. Current nationally recognized personal training certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM, ISSA) and CPR/AED certification. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and support members of all backgrounds and fitness levels. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented club environment.
