Finance Associate: Debt & Credit Docs (Hybrid)

Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP's Finance group seeks outstanding lateral associates (class of 2025–2023) with general finance experience to sit in our Palo Alto or Los Angeles offices. The ideal candidate drafts and negotiates commitment papers, security agreements, credit agreements and other loan documents; UCC and corporate experience are a plus.
