Qualifications:

• Must hold an active, valid School Psychologist license in Illinois
• Experience working with high school or adolescent populations preferred
• Comprehensive understanding of psychological assessments and IEP processes
• Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Exceptional communication and organizational abilities
• Commitment to providing onsite services throughout the academic year

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of approximately 30 high school students, conducting assessments and evaluations
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans and behavioral interventions
• Work directly with students through classroom observations, counseling, and small group sessions
• Serve as a liaison between school staff, students, and families to address academic and behavioral challenges
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to team meetings
• Support a climate of inclusivity, equity, and access throughout the student body
