ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

WHAT YOU'LL OWN
• Full-cycle accounts payable and receivable across multiple entities
• Month-end and year-end close, including journal entries and reconciliations
• Accrual accounting and general ledger maintenance
• Financial statement preparation, cash flow forecasting, and financial reporting and analysis
• Multi-state payroll processing and sales tax filing
• Collaboration with the broader team during peak reporting periods

Requirements:
WHAT YOU BRING
• A degree in Accounting or a related field is a plus - extensive full-cycle accounting experience may substitute for a degree
• 5+ years of hands-on accounting or 7+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience in corporate or public accounting; multi-entity a plus
• Strong experience with full-cycle AP/AR, general ledger, reconciliations, month-end close, financial statement preparation, payroll and sales tax, and heavy QuickBooks Online
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP
• Organized, communicative, and someone who genuinely enjoys being part of a collaborative team
