A supportive community of dedicated professionals. Responsibilities Provide direct care to patients requiring medical gas, breathing therapy modalities, and medications. Supervise care and breathing treatments, lead patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and address patient concerns. Build meaningful relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support recovery. Monitor and advance patient progress, celebrate patient victories, and contribute to multidisciplinary team efforts. Qualifications Current State License in Respiratory Therapy. CPR certification. ACLS certification preferred. Associate’s degree or higher from an accredited respiratory therapy program. Two years of hospital experience in Respiratory Therapy preferred.
