In this role as an nCino/Salesforce Application Lead you’ll provide your talents in contributing to the success of the Zions team by delivering the following:Solution Architecture & DesignLeadership & Team Management - Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, admins, and integration specialists.Program ManagementStakeholder EngagementQualifications:8+ years of experience in Salesforce platform development and architecture.Experience with nCino or other banking/financial services solutions (preferably commercial lending).Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP, middleware tools).Experience in leading technical teams.People management and mentoring capabilities.Strong experience in managing multi-phase implementation programs.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, Technical Architect).Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or closely related discipline. A combination of education and experience may meet qualifications. Location:This position can be located 100% remote within the United States or located at the new Zions Technology Center in Midvale, UT.
