You'll: * Set up and operate advanced saddle stitch equipment * Monitor quality and production standards to ensure exceptional results * Troubleshoot equipment and perform routine maintenance * Optimize machine performance to maximize efficiency and productivity * Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment * Collaborate with teammates to meet production goals Experience with Muller Martini 12-40 pocket machines or Goss 855s is a plus, but we welcome operators with experience on other saddle stitch equipment.
