Responsibilities : Meet with prospective tenants and record information to ascertain needs and qualifications. Assist prospects in viewing model apartments and discuss room size and layout, facilities such as the swimming pool and saunas, nearby shopping centers, services available, and lease terms. Complete lease forms or agreements, ensuring resident files are accurate and maintained securely. Collect rental deposit(s), copy for the file (paper or digital), and give to leasing manager or property director to record. Track approval process of each lease file by contacting previous landlords, employers, etc., and keep contact with the future resident on progress and remaining requirements before move‑in. Answer incoming phone calls and handle each call accordingly. Compile listings of available units for rent using established mediums and company marketing materials, creating advertisements to reflect current market pricing on a daily basis. Represent the company in a professional manner at all times. Deal with resident concerns and requests in a timely manner to ensure resident satisfaction. Assist in distribution of community‑issued notices (e.g., bad weather, emergency). Regularly walk the grounds and available units to better communicate inventory to prospects. Consistently uphold community policies. Perform all other duties as assigned. Have strong communication, influencing, and time‑management skills. Enjoy being part of a team. Have previous retail and/or customer service experience (preferably). Have availability and flexibility to work weekends.
