Escrow Officer

Job Overview Managing Escrow Officer – onsite in the Las Vegas division branch office. The role oversees division operations and staff, ensuring efficient, profitable escrow and related services while maintaining compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and customer expectations. Responsibilities Manage the division, including staffing, processes, and productivity to maximize profitability. Gather, review, and analyze business information such as reporting, market forecasting, and personal data reports. Consult with senior leadership to obtain real‑estate and related business insights. Work with approved vendors, monitoring compliance, cost effectiveness, quality, and timeliness; manage broader vendor relationships when needed. Improve processes and quality of output; oversee office–management duties in smaller locations. Track and monitor division expenses; ensure operational budgets are adhered to. Manage, supervise, and coordinate escrow personnel, ensuring compliance with company policies and timely escrow procedures. Regularly review quality of work and perform spot checks of escrow files to enforce customer requests and policy adherence. Assist customers by resolving complaints, expediting orders, explaining procedures, and providing pricing information. Lead change initiatives, manage conflict, and foster collaboration across the division. Engage with leaders to create, identify, and implement solutions that improve business effectiveness. Communicate the function’s vision, set aligned goals, and provide resources to measure results. Recruit, retain, and develop talent while holding employees accountable for performance. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 2–4 years of demonstrated supervisory or management experience in the title and escrow industry (residential, commercial, subdivision, and exchanges). Notary Public and active title license in the State of Nevada. Strong supervisory, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Proficient computer skills and knowledge of company operating systems/applications. Ability to manage competing priorities, design, develop, and execute complex projects. Experience establishing and maintaining effective working relationships at the division level.
