Habitat America, LLC is seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor in Denton, MD for Riverwoods at St. Michaels and Riverwoods at Denton. Our supportive maintenance team is a wealth of knowledge and guidance offering numerous training opportunities!Applicants who are qualified for this position have 3+ years prior apartment maintenance experience. Intermediate to advanced experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repair. HVAC & CFC certifications are a plus! Experience with central HVAC and boiler experience is highly desired.This position is responsible for all technical matters related to general apartment maintenance. In addition to technical maintenance tickets, this position will assist with unit turnovers and be part of the after-hours on-call rotation.3+ years prior supervisory experience desiredEnergetic, self-motivated individual who is able to work as a teamIntermediate to advanced experience with apartment maintenance; appliance troubleshooting, drywall, and paintingHVAC/CFC Certification is preferredExperience with split system HVAC units is highly desired.Must be able to understand and oversee work performed by contractors and county.Must have a pleasant and professional demeanor at all timesMust have reliable transportation to get to work and respond to on-call emergenciesThe ability to exert 25 to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or 10 to 20 pounds of force constantlyAvailability for emergency situations at the property, including an on-call rotationHabitat America offers an exciting working atmosphere with advancement opportunities, competitive salary, along with benefits.
