Job Description

We are currently seeking Finish carpenters for upcoming commercial projects in Waynesboro, PA

The ideal candidate will have experience installing and finishing interior and exterior carpentry components while maintaining high-quality workmanship and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Read, interpret, and work from blueprints, sketches, and building plans
Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and other materials according to project specifications
Install doors, door frames, hinges, handles, and hardware
Install trim, molding, baseboards, crown molding, cabinetry, shelving, stairs, and other finish carpentry components
Construct and install detailed woodwork and fixtures
Inspect, repair, and replace damaged wood products, fixtures, and finish carpentry elements
Ensure all installations meet quality standards, project specifications, and safety requirements

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Finish Carpenter
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
Strong knowledge of finish carpentry techniques and materials
Experience installing doors, trim, molding, cabinetry, and hardware
Proficiency with hand tools and power tools
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical work throughout the day
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
