Retail Replenishment Analyst

Our client, a leading retail and consumer goods organization, is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team. As a Business Analyst, you will be part of the Supply Chain and Planning Department supporting sales forecasting, inventory management, and order fulfillment teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and sound business judgment, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Business Analyst Location: Rogers, AR Pay Range: $30/hr - $35/hr What's the Job? Support replenishment and planning activities for a top retailer, ensuring optimal inventory levels and in‑stock metrics. Collaborate with sales, customer service, and retail partners to analyze sales trends and improve forecasting accuracy. Participate in the execution of weekly shipping plans to support point‑of‑sale (POS) demands and future order needs. Present business findings and forecast insights during internal and cross‑functional meetings to reach consensus on demand planning. Drive the execution of direct import business operations, partnering with international teams to optimize supply chain processes. What's Needed? At least 2+ years of experience in sales analysis, merchandise planning, or related roles. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, with advanced Power User skills. Experience in planning within highly seasonal environments with long lead times. Strong analytical skills with the ability to coordinate diverse data sources and recommend corrective actions. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate across organizational levels. What's in it for me?
