Warehouse Supervisor

Warehouse Supervisor – Mukwonago, WI (Fully Onsite) Aptar is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor. This role directs the operation and service activities of the warehouse, including safety, receiving, shipping, order fulfillment, and inventory control. Responsibilities Accountable for timely receiving, driver management, bills of lading generation, and finished goods warehouse costs, supplies, quality, and quantity of warehouse performance and effective utilization of man‑hours, skills, machines, equipment, and facilities. Participate in planning labor requirements and controls related to warehouse and shipping/receiving. Supervise effective inventory control and distribution of raw materials, semi‑finished and finished goods. Expedite daily schedules, investigate delays and initiate corrective actions to assure total customer satisfaction through efficient procedures. Coordinate programs, including but not limited to 5S, warehouse, and inventory control, such as cost reduction, preventive maintenance, training, staffing, safety, and housekeeping. Understand and comply with all company policies and regulations; effectively communicate and administer these policies to all employees. Provide constructive feedback and coach warehouse personnel regarding absences, disciplinary actions and performance reviews. Lead problem‑solving activities, using strong analytical skills and root‑cause analysis. Communicate information effectively to Logistics Manager and others within the company. Understand and comply with all safety regulations. Perform all functions of warehousing job responsibilities. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications We are looking for a leader who can grow and develop their team. The candidate should have basic understandings of FIFO, aged inventory, standard warehouse KPIs such as dock times, inventory accuracy, and sales. Experience investigating issues in SAP, root‑cause analysis, and other basic CI functions is required. Education High School diploma or GED; college degree preferred. Required Skills Team‑lead experience in warehousing, distribution, and/or inventory control. Ability to be certified on powered industrial equipment. Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong teamwork, high motivation, high energy, and ability to work well under pressure. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and mathematical skills. Ability to assist with root‑cause analysis and implement preventative actions.
