We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Teller to join our financial institution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while performing a variety of financial transactions. This role requires strong cash handling skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with customers regarding their banking needs. Previous experience is preferred, but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Assist customers with account-related questions and offer guidance on banking products and services.
• Maintain cash drawer accuracy through effective cash management practices.
• Detect and prevent fraud by adhering to established policies and procedures.
• Promote bank products and services through effective sales techniques.
• Conduct retail math calculations to ensure accurate transaction processing.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and enhance customer satisfaction.

The hours for this position will be 9 am to 5 pm three days a week and alternating Saturdays, with potential for more hours and to become a full time position.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
