Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJoin our growing healthcare team as a Chiropractic Assistant! In this hands-on role, you’ll work directly with patients and alongside our doctors to guide patients through prescribed therapies and exercises, assist with patient flow, and help create a positive and encouraging experience at every visit.This is a fast-paced position ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, can stay organized while managing multiple priorities, and wants to learn and grow within a healthcare environment. No chiropractic experience is required—we provide hands-on training.Key ResponsibilitiesGuide patients through prescribed therapies, including spinal traction and corrective exercisesAssist chiropractors with patient flow, room preparation, and transitions between treatmentsEducate and encourage patients as they progress through their care plansAccurately document completed therapies and communicate patient concerns to the clinical teamClean, sanitize, and prepare therapy equipment and treatment areasMonitor patient comfort and provide a friendly, positive experience throughout each visitCross-train in basic front desk and clinic operations to support the team as neededQualificationsPrevious experience in healthcare, wellness, fitness, or customer service preferred, but not requiredPositive, energetic, and comfortable working closely with peopleStrong communication and interpersonal skillsReliable, organized, punctual, and able to multitaskWillingness to learn and work as part of a teamCPR certification is a plusCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive hourly pay based on experiencePaid time off and paid sick timeComplimentary chiropractic and employee wellness benefitsStructured onboarding and hands-on trainingCross-training and opportunities for growth within the practice\nCompany DescriptionAligned Health Center is a growing, multidisciplinary healthcare practice focused on helping patients get out of pain, restore function, and improve their long-term health.
