We are seeking a Full-Time Office Manager who will play a vital role in running the front office smoothly and ensuring every patient’s experience is positive from the moment they walk in. Dental experience is preferred, but not required—we value a great attitude and excellent communication skills above all!

Job Description Key Responsibilities
Schedule patient appointments and manage the daily calendar
Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately
Address patient questions with professionalism and care
Collaborate with the back office team to ensure a seamless patient experience
Greet and check in patients with a friendly, welcoming attitude
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe reception area
Ensure patient information is accurate and up-to-date
Support other administrative duties as needed
full-time $30 - $45 per hour

Shift & Schedule Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM, 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Saturday & Sunday: Closed
Understanding of health & safety regulations
Good computer skills and ability to learn new software
Excellent communication and people skills
Strong attention to detail
Well-organized, reliable, and punctual
Excellent phone etiquette and professionalism
3 to 5 years in all facets of Dentistry/ Experience preferred
