Project Manager (DTC Email Marketing Agency)

We're an email marketing agency for North American eComm brands. Our standard is 10/10 work, and we're scaling fast! Role Description You will own everything that brings amazing emails to life (excluding strategy, copywriting, and design), and help manage between 10-15 brands. Own the PM pipeline: manage PM software to deliver emails on time. Chase approvals. Unblock blockers. Keep the weekly rhythm tight. Keep the team accountable. Run the execution: build and maintain flows, pop ups, and campaigns. Follow up on what is and is not working. Flag opportunities to account manager. QA everything: you're the last set of eyes before anything goes live. Links, segments, send times, etc. You check it. You're a fit if You've worked in eCommerce/DTC before You've worked in an agency or fast-moving team before You're extremely organized and fast You follow up before anyone asks you to You have a strong eye for mistakes You communicate clearly and directly (Optional) You know Klaviyo or similar softwares (flows, campaigns, pop ups, segments, deliverability) 100% remote (but must overlap with North American business hours) Paid in USD Growth opportunities (we are growing fast!) #J-18808-Ljbffr Bedford
