We are seeking a full-time Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join a large outpatient primary care practice in the McAllen/Edinburg, Texas area. This role offers a competitive compensation package including base salary plus wRVU incentives, along with flexible scheduling options such as 4‑day workweeks with 10‑hour shifts. You will be able to focus on delivering essential primary care services while working alongside a collaborative care team within a multispecialty group of over 100 providers.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse outpatient population
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and support staff
• Manage day‑to‑day clinical responsibilities
• Document care using the group’s EMR system

Qualifications

• Board Certified / Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active or eligible Texas medical license
