Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid state certification or appropriate licensure as a school counselor
• Recent experience working in a school or youth-focused counseling setting

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical counseling practices

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver counseling services to three students, addressing their academic, behavioral, and social/emotional needs
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement individualized strategies
• Track student progress and maintain accurate records of sessions and plans
• Offer support for students transitioning between academic years
• Remain available for student and family consultation as needed within the contracted hours
