We are looking for a Teacher who is creative, energetic and loving with effective communication skills and strong organizational skills. Responsibilities: Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the developmental needs of Pre‑K students. Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and growth. Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians. Collaborate with fellow educators and staff to enhance curriculum and classroom activities. Facilitate daily routines, including circle time, snack, and outdoor play. Promote social and emotional development through play-based learning and structured activities. Maintain clear communication with parents regarding their child’s development and classroom events. Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with early childhood education trends. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education. Master's Degree perferred New York State teaching certification for early childhood education At least 1 year of experience teaching in a preschool or early childhood setting. Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate teaching strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and families. Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of educators. Creative, patient, and passionate about fostering a love for learning in young children.
